Multi-Link Suspension

A term for independent rear suspensions that are controlled with at least four links (or arms) and no struts. These links restrict undesired motion of the suspension. Because multilink suspensions assign specific wheel-locating duties to each element, they provide better handling and ride control than simpler types.
