Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD)

An additional feature that may be built into anti-lock braking systems to help keep cars stable in poor conditions or under hard braking. The system electronically distributes braking between all four wheels, or to the wheels with the greatest grip in slippery conditions. EBD helps to reduce stopping distances.
